Humor and comedian strategies to teach with fun: Module 2

5 October 2026

Module 2 of the Green Agritainment course, “Humor and comedian strategies to teach with fun”, was prepared in Italy by Igor Vitale International. It looks at humour and entertainment as tools for teaching in agritourism settings. The module is delivered as three video lessons in Italian.

Lesson 1: Humour and educational value in agritourism

The first lesson, “Umorismo e valore educativo nell’Agriturismo”, deals with humour and its educational value in the context of agritourism.

Lesson 2: Entertainment to increase attention and learning

The second lesson, “Intrattenimento per aumentare l’attenzione e l’apprendimento”, addresses entertainment as a way to increase visitors’ attention and learning.

Lesson 3: Linguistic techniques and sensory expectations

The third lesson, “Tecniche linguistiche e aspettative sensoriali”, covers linguistic techniques and the role of sensory expectations.

How it fits the course

The theme links to other modules: the Irish module also recommends humour and fun as part of a farm visit, and the Cypriot module shows humorous signs used to carry sustainability messages.

Module 2 is part of the free Green Agritainment digital course. The three video lessons are also available on YouTube at the links above. You can start from the course in English or open the Module 2 course materials directly.
